Price list and promotion offers

The Bidet showerllete has 2 models, for Round oval bowl – NC 200W and for long oval bowl – NC 100W. Each retails at a recommended $490.00 (inclusive GST). However, please refer to our Facebook or TradeMe site for the latest offers.

Payment

We accept only payment by direct bank transfer to our bank account (bank account details are stated in the invoice issued once your order is confirmed). Please note that orders placed will be cancelled if payment is not received within a week from our invoice date. Please pay the total invoice amount payable which will include GST and delivery courier charges.

Delivery

We attempt to dispatch all orders within two business days from when the funds are cleared by our bank. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you with the expected date of new stock arriving and ask how you would like to proceed; i.e.wait, or cancel the order and have your payment refunded.

Shipping and delivery charges are borne by the purchaser.

We arrange delivery on your behalf with couriers commonly used by in Auckland. If however, you have a preferrence, please state clearly in your order instructions. Do note that we may charge for any additional costs we incurr on your behalf.

All orders are sent to you via couriers ( such as NZ couriers) and you will be provided with the docket and tracking number. Delivery times are normally between 1 to 3 days. These contractors are independent of J-bidet and are not within our control. Customers are responsible to check on their orders and track the delivery using their tracking facility.

Goods Damaged or Lost in Transit

J-bidet will take all reasonable care with packaging and dispatch of your order; however we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit of your order. Any claims will need to be directed to the respective courier handling your order. We would use those Courier services (except as instructed in your order) providing insurance cover against damages or loss up to $1200 or $2000 a claim. These couriers are independent contractors and is your responsibility to make claim directly.

Product Warranty

All Aisin showerlletes comes with a full 12 month warranty by Aisin Japan. The product warranty starts from the date of the purchase, against any defects in materials and manufacture. Please refer to full warranty conditions (below), these may change from time to time.

All products are warranted against faults in materials and manufacture for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase in domestic applications, and six (6) months in commercial applications, unless specifically stated otherwise in sales documentation.

If service is required during the warranty period, please return the complete product to J-bidet for assessment of your claim.

Please retain your original Invoice from J-bidet, as they need to be produced in order to validate a warranty claim.

If the product is found to be defective, J-bidet will at our discretion elect to either; repair the item, or issue a new replacement of the item with another of the same kind, at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein. Any replacement unit will assume the remaining warranty coverage from the date of purchase of the original faulty unit.

The claimant is responsible for any transportation and insurance costs for the product has to be returned for a warranty claim.

Any damage not directly related to a verified defect or fault (other than normal wear and tear) may attract a servicing and handling charge. The original cost of delivery, the cost of return delivery and packing are non-refundable.

This warranty does not extend to defects, injuries or property damage caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture or the product, including but not limited to, defect, injury or property damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect water pressure, water damage, improper installation or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Aisin.

This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any express and implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation.

Refund Policy

Please choose your product carefully. As the product is a personal item, health and hygiene reasons do not allow us to offer a refund or replacement (once the item’s packaging had been opened and/or installed) if you had changed your mind or find that you had made a wrong purchase.

If you decide not to fit the Showerllete, please return (at your own cost) the complete item in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of the purchase. On receipt of your return, we will inspect the return and we will proceed to process the refund of your purchase price less original delivery charges.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging and be in unused and undamaged condition. Especially note: Any damage to the goods or missing parts may attract a penalty or worse, Returns that are not resalable as a new item, will obviously not receive a refund.
